I can't remember for sure where this picture was taken, but I think it was at this bear refuge in Yellowstone, sort of like a bear zoo, where they have brought all the bears that have a history of misbehaving (which usually meant that they wouldn't stay out of a campground). :-) P.S. I didn't know that wild animals could misbehave.
